Disappointed with Product Condition and Lack of Resolution from Supplier I received the product on time, however, I was deeply disappointed to find it in damaged and broken condition. Despite promptly providing proof of the damage to the supplier and requesting an exchange, I regrettably did not receive a positive response. While I acknowledge the supplier's professionalism and responsiveness, I am disappointed by their inability to resolve this issue satisfactorily.

This supplier is nice and humble, fast reply and dispatch the product next day of order. Inverter quality is great. Inverter can run on without battery 🔋 with combination of solar and grid and also we can set priority according to us like use solar first then battery and then grid
